  1. We are now shipping Adobe™ Acrobat™ Exchange LE 2.0.1 on the Developer CD, instead of Acrobat™ Reader.

  3. WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?
  4. In addition to the regular features of Reader (open, copy, use bookmarks and hyperlinks, custom zoom), you can take advantage of the full text search and retrieval capability.

  6. We recommend that you upgrade to Exchange LE because it also has plug-in support so you will be able to make use of plug-ins that extend the functionality of LE.

  8. SEARCHING
  9. To search for something on the Developer CD, first install Exchange LE.

  11. Then select Indexes from the Tools menu (command-shift-X).  Click on the Add... button and navigate to the "Acrobat Indexes" folder (on the top level of the Developer CD).  Select the file that ends in ".PDX" -- this will add the index to your list of indexes to search.
